Almost all items purchased on our site are eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date. Please see our Shipping & Returns policy for information on the items that are not.
Damaged Item Replacement or Return
We will replace or refund any item damaged during shipment. We must be notified within 5 business days (M-F) after damaged merchandise has been received. If the damaged item is no longer available or it is a one of a kind item, we will fully reimburse you of the original item cost excluding shipping. We require the damaged item to be returned to us, or photographic proof of damaged item sent to us, before replacement or refund will be granted.
If the item was insured during shipment, then original shipping costs and item cost will be refunded.
Not Satisfied Return
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item you purchased from our web site, within 30 days of the purchase date, you may return the item for the original item sell price minus the credit card processing fee for that item. The shipping and handling fee will not be refunded. The item must be returned in its original product packaging.
